• The program is being designed with input from people in the industry – we are talking to heads of hiring and training from among the Top 20 IT companies. We are able to do so mainly because of our partnership with IIIT-Bangalore and because of the Director’s (Professor Sadagopan) reputation and relationships with these IT companies.
• The assessments for the program will also be structured with significant input from the industry. And hence, given that these assessments will be conducted in a fool-proof manner, there is every reason to believe that the industry will value the people coming out of this program.

• This access may be at their house or at a shared quarters among friends.

• We have established a strategic partnership with CareerNet, who will manage all aspects of the placement process including inviting companies to participate, conducting assessments, managing the logistics on the actual placement week, etc.
• Placements will be conducted over a period of 2-3 weeks at the end of the program for each batch.
