You need to plan your career well in advance. Career decisions should be based on facts rather than guesses.

In order to identify the right career, you need to understand yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your interests? What motivates you? What is your personality? Once you have the answers to these questions, you will be able to make an intelligent, informed decision regarding your career.
